How to use FindTime in Outlook

 

Introduction

FindTime is an Outlook add-in for scheduling meetings. The organizer can send multiple time options through FindTime, get “votes” from all the participants, select the winning time slot, and go. This dramatically minimizes the back-and-forth in emails or chat when you need to gather several people with packed calendars.


How to create a FindTime poll

You can use FindTime through buttons in Outlook on your computer or in the web-based Outlook app in any browser.

You can easily identify times where all of your attendees are available, or other times where there are conflicts, and each attendee is color coded to let you easily identify the best time for your meetings

This Add-in is by request only and issued per agency. If you would like to have this feature available please make a request with your BRM.
