Franklin County Community Based Correctional Facility (CBCF)https://franklincountyohio.atlassian.net/wiki/x/LIC9SQ implemented CorrectTech as an internal case management application in 2024 to replace Lotus Notes. They worked with FCDC for the installation, and afterward, users had issues finding CBCF printers within the application.

This article is to walk you through making network printers available when remotely connecting to the Correct Tech servers.

This can be done without administrative privileges.

 Instructions

  1. If connected, disconnect from the Correct Tech servers.

  2. Click the Start Menu

  3. Expand to all applications

  1. Scroll down to Terminal Works Folder & select the “Options” application

Open the ‘Options’ application for Terminal Works

  1. Click the Redirection Tab

  2. Select all of the network printers you want to use with the Correct Tech server & and click apply

Select the desired printers and hit apply

  1. Reconnect via RDP (remote desktop) and you should now be able to utilize the network printers.

Any issues outside of this, the Correct Tech helpdesk is expected to assist.
