Check email and stay on top of appointments anytime, anywhere, on any device. Use the nearest web browser or an app on your smartphone or tablet.

For remote access to Microsoft 365 resources on the web or via mobile app, you must first be enrolled in PingID.

Outlook on the web

You can open Outlook to see your email, calendar, and contacts from any web browser on any device. Just visit outlook.office365.com and sign in.

Outlook on mobile apps

Whether it's your personal device or a County-owned device, you can install the Outlook mobile app for free and work your inbox and calendar from anywhere. In fact, we recommend it as the best way to access your work email, on iPhone, iPad, and Android.

Email, Calendar, and Contacts on iPhone and iPad

Though not officially supported, Franklin County users can setup iPhones and iPads to access their email, calendar, and contacts using the built-in apps.
