Q2 2025 Update

As of April 2025, we’re having users onboard onto the new platform and set up their authentication method. For existing users, there are two ways to onboard: 1) QR code to onboard onto new Ping platform, as shown below OR 2) https://franklincountyohio.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FCHD/pages/2394718222

For new users that have not onboarded onto either platform, they’ll need to complete https://franklincountyohio.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FCHD/pages/1840611358 for access the old and new platforms while we transition resources to the new platform.

  1. Scan QR Code (URL goes to new Ping platform).

  2. Enter email address and password.

  3. Click OK at registration screen.

  4. Tap and hold QR code on screen:

    1. Select “Open with PingID app” from pop-up menu.

  5. Respond to authentication push by matching numbers.

  6. You’re all set.

  3. Click OK at registration screen.

  4. Copy <Pairing Key> from screen.

  5. Open PingID App:

    1. Click on menu icon at top left.

    2. Tap My Organizations

    3. Tap + button at top right

    4. Tap Enter Pairing Key button

    5. Enter <Pairing Key> copied from step 4 into Pairing Key field

    6. Tap Pair button

  6. You’re all set.

PingID Support

PingID is discontinuing support for iOS 14 and Android 8 and earlier versions. Please update your phones to iOS 15 or Android 9 or newer.
