Ping ID: Setup, Password Reset, and Account Recovery

Ping is Franklin County’s self-service password reset and account recovery system. All new users must go through the onboarding process with Ping and set up their preferred authentication method.

Users that have completed the onboarding process may use ping.franklincountyohio.gov to reset their passwords and/or unlock their accounts easily from anywhere and any device.
