5.0 Apple ID Verification Issue & Guidance

Apple ID Verification Notification

If you are receiving an Apple ID Verification pop-up message that continues to persist, then we recommend the following actions are taken on your county device. A co.franklin.oh.us email (also called an alias, which is not a new email but is tied to your employee email) can be created as a temporary placeholder until the device can be officially enrolled into Intune.

ACTION: Submit a Jira ticket to create a co.franklin.oh.us email via the Service Desk Portal. Include your name and @franklincounty.gov email address. If there is more than one user that is experiencing this issue, include their information within the ticket as well, as co.franklin.oh.us alias' can be created in batches.
