How to Adjust Display Resolution/Zoom settings.

 

Introduction

Sometimes when presenting your screen onto a display in a conference room you will need to change your display settings so that your screen can be viewed optimally by others in the room.

Changing the Scaling options

  1. Select Start > Settings > System > Display.

  2. Scroll down to “Scale and Layout

  3. Select the percentage you would like. 150% or 200% usually works well on the larger conference room Displays.

The optimal settings are usually marked as “Recommended”
