Clear Internet Browser Cache and Cookies

Brave

  1. Click Customize and Control (the three horizontal line button) in the upper right

  2. Go to Settings

  3. Expand Additional Settings

  4. Click on Privacy and Security

  5. Open Clear browsing data and a pop up will open

  6. Under time range in the pop up, choose All-Time option

  7. Make sure Cookies and Cached Files are check

  8. Click Clear Data

Edge

  1. Click the Tools menu ( three dot button in the upper-right corner), and then open the Settings menu

  2. Click Privacy, search, and services on the left-side menu.

  3. Under the section Clear browsing data, Click Choose what to clear

  4. Under the Time Range dropdown menu, select All Time to fully clear all site data, or you may select a preferred time range.

  5. Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.

  6. Click Clear Now.

  7. Close Microsoft Edge completely for your changes to take effect.

Firefox

  1. At the top right-hand corner of the browser click on the menu bars (three parallel lines)

  2. Select the tab “Privacy

  3. Choose Clear your recent history

  4. Choose Cookies and the time frame, everything is the best option

  5. Choose Clear now once ready

Google Chrome

  1. Launch a new Chrome page

  2. At the top right, click the More button (Three Dots)

  3. Click More Tools

  4. Choose Clear Browsing Data

  5. At the top, choose a time range, to delete everything, select All Time

  6. Check the boxes next to Cookies and other side data, and “Cached Images and files”

  7. Click Clear Data

Internet Explorer

  1. Close all IE pages and windows

  2. Open a brand now explorer page and then click Tools > Internet Options at the bottom. (If you don't see “Tools”, press the Alt key to show the menu bar)

  3. In the General tab, under Browsing History section, click Delete

  4. in the Delete Browsing History window, select the check boxes for Temporary Internet Files, website files, Cookies and website data

  5. Click Delete

Opera

  1. Press CTRL+SHIFT+DEL on your keyboard

  2. Select the date range, since installation will clear all cached data

  3. Select the Delete Browser Data

  4. Refresh your Browser

Safari

  1. Click on the Safari Drop Down menu and select Preferences

  2. Click the Advanced Tab

  3. Select the Show Develop menu in the menu bar checkbox

  4. Select the Develop drop-down Menu and choose “Empty Cache”

 

Keyboard shortcut for most browsers

If you are using Internet Explorer, Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox, there is a keyboard shortcut to easily open the appropriate window. You can press CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE simultaneously on the keyboard, and the appropriate window will come up.

IMPORTANT: Be sure you close all instances of the browser then restart after clearing the cache and cookies.
