How to import data into Google Chrome

Introduction

Google Chrome lets you import your Favorites, settings and other data from Internet Explorer, saving you from having to configure many things yourself. This article gives you step-by-step instructions for getting it done.

Importing Data to Chrome

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.

    1. At the top right, click the ellipsis 

  2. Select BookmarksImport Bookmarks and Settings.

  3. Select the program that contains the bookmarks you'd like to import.

  4. Click Import.

  5. Click Done.
