Workforce Password Management (WPM)
Introduction
CyberArk’s Workforce Password Management, or WPM for short, is a browser-based password manager for securely storing all non-network account passwords. Website credentials along with files and notes can be stored and shared in WPM.
WPM uses a browser extension to make accessing and adding your login information from websites to WPM in Chrome or Edge easy. While logged in, WPM will prompt if it senses login information that could be added or used. If you miss the prompt to save your login with WPM, refresh the page and the prompt will reappear.
To get started, follow the steps below or use the Table of Contents to jump to the desired section:

For security purposes, WPM is configured to time out after 4 hours of inactivity; however, it’s best practice to log out of WPM at the end of your work day.
If during your use of WPM, you see this message pop up, please click Sign In. There are 2 website links for our WPM instance, the original assigned at setup and the custom that’s easier for users to remember. Sometimes, WPM will flip which link but it’s nothing to be concerned about.
