How to view your agency's Help Desk tickets

If you have been set up by the Data Center (FCDC) to view tickets for your agency or organization, you should be able to view all tickets for them by doing the following:

  1. Navigate to the Franklin County Enterprise Support portal

  2. Click on your profile icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

    1. If you do not see a profile icon, you should see a Log in button instead. You can login with your county credentials

  3. Click Requests

  1. Click on the dropdown to select the kinds of tickets you want to view (e.g., All, created by me, where I am a participant, etc.)

  2. Click on your agency or organization name.

    1. If you do not see an agency/org name, then you are not a member of the group that can view all tickets for your agency.
