Portal - Registering for the Portal

Register for The Portal

1. Access Site: https://portal.co.franklin.oh.us/index.cfm

2. Click on New to the Portal? link
   
   

   Open

   

3. If your agency is listed Click on the My Agency is Listed Above
   
   

   Open

   

4. Fill out the information as requested

    

What if My Agency Isn't Listed?

• If your agency is not listed : Enter Agency Network as County

• Enter your network credentials
  
  

• This will take you to your agency page.

JFS/FCCS Registration

• You will want to select MSDS in the drop down
  
  

• Enter the username & password for JFS/FCCS in the appropriate boxes

• Finish filling out the registration info on the page that loads matching the agency.
