Info

When you change your password in Ping, you are changing your Domain / Windows / Network password – they are all the same thing. So any applications that use your Windows login for authentication will also need your new password.

To meet the 15-character password requirement, we recommend the use of passphrase passwords.

Tip

PRO TIP: Password changes can be disruptive to your day. We recommend you change your password during a period when you have time – up to an hour – to update your smartphone apps, your Outlook and OneDrive logins, and other apps with saved passwords. And be prepared for additional password prompts for the next 24 hours.
