On public or shared devices, you should probably click or tap No, just to be safe.

[8] Outlook on the web now has many, many options to customize your experience and make using Outlook online easier and more efficient.
To access a complete list of preferences and options, including things like signatures, mail rules, automatic replies (out-of-office messages), and more, click or tap the Gear icon in the upper-right corner of your browser window, then click or tap the View all Outlook settings link in the bottom-right of your browser window.
