Ping is Franklin County’s self-service password reset and account recovery system. Once onboarding with Ping is completed and you’ve set up your preferred authentication method, Ping lets you reset your password and unlock your account.
Users that have completed the onboarding process may use ping.franklincountyohio.gov to reset their passwords and/or unlock their accounts easily from anywhere and any device.
