How To Access the Adaxes:
Utilize the following URL to launch the web portal https://adaxes.franklincountyohio.gov/adaxes
Complete Ping ID authentication
Login with FCDC domain credentials (username & password)

You will now be logged into your Agencies Adaxes Dashboard:
You will be able to complete various User Management tasks via this dashboard.
New user Creation
User Removal
User Access Updates
You can view recently created users, reports related to passwords, inactive accounts.
Each report is interactive. Click any report for more information.
The report labelled “Users” gives the exact count of active directory accounts and can be used to view their information.
