Register for The Portal
Access Site: https://portal.co.franklin.oh.us/index.cfm
Click on New to the Portal? link
If your agency is listed Click on the My Agency is Listed Above
Fill out the information as requested
What if My Agency Isn't Listed?
If your agency is not listed : Enter Agency Network as County
Enter your network credentials
Your choice to remember you on this computer or not
This will take you to your agency page.
JFS/FCCS Registration
You will want to select MSDS in the drop down.
Note: Users under the fccourts.org domain will use the “Courts” dropdown in the 'Agency Network' field. Users under the fccs.us domain will use the “MSDS” dropdown.
Enter the username & password for JFS/FCCS in the appropriate boxes.
Finish filling out the registration info on the page that loads matching the agency.
