Employee Portal - Registering for the Portal

Introduction

The web-based Employee Portal serves as a central hub where you can find a variety of resources, documents, and information specific to your Agency. It's your go-to destination for staying updated on the latest developments and accessing essential documents.

Register for The Portal

1. Access Site: https://portal.co.franklin.oh.us/index.cfm

2. Click on New to the Portal? link
   
   

   Open

   

3. If your agency is listed Click on the My Agency is Listed Above
   
   

   Open

   

4. Fill out the information as requested

   Open

   

    

What if My Agency Isn't Listed?

• If your agency is not listed : Enter Agency Network as County

• Enter your network credentials

• This will take you to your agency page.

JFS/FCCS Registration

• You will want to select MSDS in the drop down.
  
  

  Open

  

• Note: Users under the fccourts.org domain will use the “Courts” dropdown in the 'Agency Network' field. Users under the fccs.us domain will use the “MSDS” dropdown.

• Enter the username & password for JFS/FCCS in the appropriate boxes.

• Finish filling out the registration info on the page that loads matching the agency.
