In 2021 we are moving secure remote access (VPN) services from the older Cisco AnyConnect platform to a new Palo Alto GlobalProtect VPN.

The documents linked below will help you setup, use, and check on your GlobalProtect VPN connection from Windows, macOS, iPhones, iPads, and Android smartphones.

As we roll out the new VPN platform, we are shutting down the old remote desktop gateway. Going forward, Remote Desktop (RDP) connections to PCs at the office will require connecting to the VPN first.

Our GlobalProtect VPN requires enrollment in the PingID multi-factor authentication (MFA) system. You can learn how to setup PingID here.
