How to Onboard a New Employee for agencies that have yet to complete the RBAC process.

Onboarding:

  1. Click the option in the left panel for Create Employee or Create Vendor

  1. Fill out the Employee Information page.

New users of Agencies that have not yet established RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) roles, will get permissions/access applied to them based on the user chosen in the “Copy User Access From” field on this form.

  1. Click Create. This will trigger the process for account creation.

  2. You will receive and automated email containing the temporary password, username and email address for the newly created user.

  3. The users account and email is now active. You can complete any additional onboarding steps needed from your agency.
