On your computer, Open Microsoft Edge 

  1. Click the ellipsis → Select Settings.

2. Select Import browser data

3. Select Choose what to import

4. Select the program that contains the bookmarks you'd like to import

5. Select Import.

6. When the import is complete, you'll see a notification. Select Done.
