Introduction

On May 1st, 2023, agencies that were using AvePoint to request Microsoft Teams lost access to the site as Franklin County has moved away from using this product. In order to allow any agency that falls under the same tenant that the Franklin County Data Center maintains, we have moved the request to the FCDC Help Desk portal. Below are the instructions for making a new request.

This request must be submitted or approved by your agency IT contact.

  1. Go to the following website: https://helpdesk.franklincountyohio.gov

  2. Click on “FCDC Help Desk”:

  3. On the next page, select “Need to Raise a Request? Contact us.”

  4. Select “Apps and Software”

  5. Select “Request new Microsoft Team”

  6. Fill out the form with the Team Name, Description, and owners. You must select at least 2 owners.

  7. Select “Send” at the bottom of the form to submit the request to the Franklin County Data Center.
