The purpose of this article is to assist anyone with properly pairing the pair of Poly Sync Speakers with a Bluetooth capable device.

First, the physical button labeled “Speaker Sync” on the side of each speaker must be held for 2 seconds. Start with the one closest to the computer, once you get a response from the speaker that it is pairing, then move on to the second speaker quickly and hold the button down. You should then get a confirmation that the speakers are paired to each other.

...

After that, ensure that Bluetooth is turned on on your selected device. The device shown is a standard issue FCDC Laptop running Windows 10.

Open your settings

...

Type in “Bluetooth” and select the first option

...

Ensure that Bluetooth is turned on, and then select “Add Bluetooth or other device”

...

Once you’ve done this, press and hold the Bluetooth logo on the speaker closest to the computer, this should allow the speaker to show up in the list of available devices on the computer.

...

Once it shows up on the list of available devices, select it and connect. It should then allow the speakers to be used as both speakers and a microphone array. Then just open desired meeting app, set as communication device in that app, and test accordingly.
