How to Enable a BOEL Seasonal Employee
How to Enable a returning BOEL Seasonal Employee.
Seasonal Users enabled through this process need to be done at least 24 hours ahead of their start date to give time for Microsoft to fully sync.
Instructions
Enabling existing BOEL seasonal employee is a two part process:
PART 1
Log into the Adaxes Dashboard.
Click the option in the left panel for
Enable Seasonal Users Only - Disabled OU
Enable Seasonal Users Only - Active Users OU
Select the user you are wanting to Enable
You will click Yes when prompted with “Are you sure you want to enable the account of…”
The users account and email are now active.
PART 2
Next Click the option in the left panel for
BOEL Seasonal Users Only Group Membership
Select the user you have just enabled and need to apply a role to.
Fill in the following fields for the re-enabled user
Job Title (This will determine the role assaigned to the user).
Department
Manager
User is now enabled and has the desired account permissions.
