The ServiceNow Security Request Form Will Be Retired on 12/7/2020

Action Required

• Before 12/7/2020, verify access to the old security request form. If a security coordinator cannot access the security request form, please contact the Help Desk, 614-525-3282.

• Begin using the Security Request form located at the below URL immediately.

What is happening?

FCDC is decommissioning ServiceNow and will now be using Jira Service Management as a new ticketing system. In preparation for that change, the security request form on ServiceNow will no longer be in use, nor is it being replaced in the new Jira system. Until a new solution is determined, the preexisting form will be used in the interim.

Timeframe

Starting 12/7/2020, the ServiceNow form will no longer be available for use.

Expected Impact

Partner Agency Security Coordinators must now use the form located on the security request website and will no longer be able to submit user management requests via ServiceNow. FCDC will work with customers on completing any outstanding security requests before moving to Jira or determining a plan for any incomplete work.

The security request website requires login credentials and is limited to designated security coordinators in each partner agency. FCDC recommends that access is verified as soon as possible. Should a problem be encountered, please contact the Help Desk.
